West Lebanon & Hanover Greenway (WaHG) Trail
The West Lebanon and Hanover Greenway (WaHG) trail satisfies a critical need identified in multiple local and regional plans. This key active transportation connection would allow people in West Lebanon and Hanover to make many ordinary trips without the use of a vehicle. DONATE to Feasibility Study Fund!
Leisure Activities for seniors and "less abled"
Friends of Lebanon Recreation, Arts & Parks and Lebanon Recreation collaborated with the Lebanon Housing Authority (LHA) to conduct a leisure activity survey of Rogers House residents. The survey identified potential leisure activities that residents preferred, but were not included in traditional recreation dept planning. The program continues to develop as a pilot for potential rollout to other LHA residents. DONATE to Leisure Activities today!
Civic Park New Playground Campaign
The former playground at Civic Park on Seminary Hill lived a few years beyond its useful life. We miss it and the heartwarming sounds of children laughing and playing on the colorful structure. It's time to bring that back with a new playground at the same location. DONATE to the Civic Park NEW Playground!
Cycling Without Age (CWA)
Cycling Without Age (CWA) is an international organization that connects volunteer cyclists with seniors (and others with mobility limitations) to enjoy a ride on an E-assist trishaw. The Lebanon chapter, supported by Lebanon Recreation, Arts, and Parks is increasing access to our Rail Trails, building intergenerational relationships in our community, and getting people active in our community! Mascoma River Greenway
July 21, 2018 was the official grand opening of the MRG. Friends of Lebanon Recreation, Arts, & Parks has been a fiscal sponsor for on the ongoing work happening on the MRG. DONATE for expanding the MRG.
Rusty Berrings Skatepark
Friends of Lebanon Recreation, Arts, & Parks acted as a fiscal sponsor to support the fundraising efforts being done for the skatepark project build. Continued amenities have been added such as a covered pavilion, and lights. DONATE to the Rusty Berrings Skatepark.
Good in Action!
Our focus is to enhance both communities based on everyday feedback and conversations with members of each community. Your donation will go towards the project in need of the most support at this time of year. Ice Rinks

Bring Back the Track

MRG Benches
Friends of Lebanon Recreation, Arts, & Parks continue to be a fiscal sponsor for the MRG and aided with installation of benches and plaques to be installed.
Pat Walsh Garden
Friends of Lebanon Recreation, Arts, & Parks refreshed the Pat Walsh park entrance, garden, and dedication to honor the memory of Pat Walsh.
Smith Field Playground
Friends of Lebanon Recreation, Arts, & Parks partnered with the Lebanon Youth Baseball Association to fulfill a need for a brand new playground to be installed next to Smith field.
Pollinator Gardens
After the grand opening of the Mascoma River Greenway the Pollinator Corridor was established and Friends of Lebanon Recreation, Arts, & Parks acted as a fiscal sponsor for the ongoing work.
Lebanon Plays Project
Friends of Lebanon Recreation, Arts, & Parks assist Lebanon Plays with fundraising and installation of 2 new playhouses in Colburn Park.
Pat Walsh Warming Hut
Friends of Lebanon Recreation, Arts, & Parks build and fundraiser for a warming hut at Pat Walsh Park as an amenity to the NiceRinks setup for the winter season for ice skating and hockey.
Toddler Trot
Created by the Friends of Lebanon Recreation, Arts, & Parks to provide a fun opportunity for kids to run.
